Used for many years as a hot or cold therapy treatment, our all-cotton and naturally filled herbal Warm-Me's are a convenient size for many uses. The aroma may be reinstated within the contents by opening the solid Peach Flannel case and applying 1-2 drops of Laveneder oil to either end and middle of the insert on fabric to restore aroma to wrapper after continuous heating.

Usage: Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on wattage for moist heat application. The Warm-Me will retain heat for up to 30 minutes. As an alternative, place in the freezer accordingly for cooler applications.

The outer solid Peach Flannel casing may be laundered and air dried. To resist staining, this casing may be protected by using a towel or other application. Do not wash inner casing or contents.

Note: Some little ones may show sensitivity to particular herbs and applications of this nature. Discontinue use with any kind of reaction that may be unfavorable.
